Regan, J. Dorgan, R. Nelson. <br /> Mr. Norman Hayes of BSC Group represented the applicants. He stated that the proposal <br /> is to go across 70 feet of salt marsh and indicated that it has been permitted by the <br /> Conservation Commission. It is necessary to go 132 feet in order to get across the salt <br /> marsh and to get to two feet of deep water. Perry Ellis and Bob Sherman have okayed it. <br /> The floats are within the 18 X 11 foot limit. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Dorgan moved to grant the variance and special permit. Mr. Nelson seconded. All <br /> agreed. <br /> Ockway Bay Heights Keft Trust - Requests a Variance from Section 174-25.1.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for permission to exceed the 70 foot pier length limit to allow for a 76 <br /> foot pier, ramp and float on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 19 Harbor Ridge <br /> Drive(Map 104,Block 119)Mashpee,MA. <br /> Ockway Bay Heights Realty Trust -Requests a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 <br /> of the Zoning By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float in Ockway Bay on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning district at 19 Harbor Ridge Drive(Map 104, Block 119) <br /> Mashpee,MA. <br /> Members sitting: J. Regan, R. Guerrera, R. Nelson. <br /> Mr. Norman Hayes of BSC Group represented the applicant. There is approximately 40 <br /> feet of salt marsh and 36 feet to traverse for the pier and float. The Harbor Master will <br /> restrict to the depth of propulsion;no more than a 15 - 16 foot Boston Whaler. No other <br /> deeper water access. Mr. Sherman, Mr. York and Mr. Ellis assisted BSC Group in <br /> locating the dock. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the variance and special permit. Mr. Guerrera seconded.
