Board of Appeals Minutes- July 22, 1998 6. <br /> W. Nelson made corrections to minutes of June 24, 1998 meeting to show that Mr. <br /> Guerrera made the motion to grant Francis J. and Nancy J. Goulart's application for a <br /> special permit. W. Nelson reminded the Board that Mr. Regan had appointed three <br /> members to sit on the Brickyard application. To clarify the record,the three members <br /> sitting were J. Regan, C. Hawver and J. Dorgan. R. Guerrera and R. Nelson were <br /> present. <br /> 1 Mr. Regan moved to grant a six-month extension for a special permit to Michael J. and <br /> Andrea L. Yanoff. Mr. Nelson seconded. Mr. Dorgan made the vote unanimous. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to grant Brickyard's request to be continued. Mr. Dorgan seconded. <br /> Mr. Nelson made the vote unanimous. <br /> Mr. Regan moved to adjourn the meeting. Mr. Guerrera seconded.
