TOWN OF MASHPEE <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Minutes <br /> Wednesday,August 12, 1998 <br /> The Mashpee Board of Appeals held a meeting on Wednesday, August 12, 1998, at 7:30 <br /> P.M. at the Mashpee Town Hall. Board Members present were James E. Regan III, Vice <br /> Chairman, and Associate Members Robert G. Nelson, James M. Dorgan and Richard T. <br /> Guerrera. Board Members absent were Chairman Edward M. Govoni, Clerk Cheryl A. <br /> Hawver and Associate Member Michael A. Makunas. Building Commissioner William F. <br /> Hauck and Local Inspector Russell W. Wheeler were in attendance. <br /> Catherine& Ronald Hilton-Request a Special Permit under Section 174-25.I.9 of the <br /> Zoning By-laws for the construction of a pier, ramp and float in Popponesset Bay on <br /> property located in an R-3 zoning at 81 Lighthouse Lane(Map 90 Block 49)Mashpee, <br /> MA. (Owner of record: Catherine R. Hilton) <br /> Members sitting: James E. Regan III, James M. Dorgan and Robert G. Nelson. <br /> David Sanicki of Cape& Islands Engineering represented the applicants. The application <br /> has been approved by the Conservation Commission,Harbormaster and the Shellfish <br /> Warden. No comments were received from abutters. <br /> Mr. Nelson moved to grant the Special Permit subject to findings of Special Permit <br /> criteria. Mr. Dorgan seconded.
