I i- <br /> units at a density not to exceed four (4) units per acre in the R-4 District, <br /> and three (3) units per acre in R-1 Districts and three (3) units per acre in " <br /> R-2 Districts. <br /> 9.322 Attached single-family units shall contain not less than one (1) bedroom, <br /> nor more than two (2) bedrooms. Detached single-family units shall also contain <br /> either one (1) or two (2) bedrooms. <br /> I <br /> 9.323 Any provisions above as to density requirements notwithstanding each <br /> attached single-family development may have one three (3) bedroom dwelling unit <br /> for every twenty (20) attached or detached dwelling units containing less than <br /> three (3) bedrooms. <br /> 9.324 In determining the total area to be used in making the above computation, <br /> not more than ten (10) per cent of any land comprising the parcel subject to <br /> seasonal or periodic flooding shall be included nor shall any area covered by <br /> tidal water, pond, lake, stream or river be included. <br /> II <br /> 9.33 Permitted Uses - Within an open space attached single-family development only II <br /> the following uses with their customary accessory uses shall be permitted. <br /> 9.331 Single family detached structures <br /> I <br /> i <br /> 9.332 Structures consisting of attached dwelling units consisting of not less <br /> than three (3) or more than eight (8) units per structure. <br /> i ' <br /> 9.333 GARDEN APARTMENTS - Garden apartments are permitted only in the R-4 <br /> Zoning District. Procedures for approval of garden apartments are identical <br /> to those for approval of attached single-family units as specified in Sections <br /> 9.3 through 9.392 of this By-Law. The following provisions shall govern in <br /> the case of garden apartments. Not less than four (4) nor more than eight (8) <br /> garden apartment units, with no portion of the building below the first story <br /> nor above the second story used for dwelling purposes, may be confitructed in II� <br /> a single structure in an R-4 Zoning District. Each one bedroom apartment I� <br /> unit shall contain at least 600 square feet of living space. One hundred <br /> fifty (150) sq. ft. of living space shall be added for a second bedroom. Land <br /> space requirements shall be identical with those for buildings in the R-4 <br /> Zoning District. Two (2) parking spaces for each apartment unit shall be <br /> I <br /> constructed.
