published in a newspaper of general <br /> circulation in the Town . <br /> Section 3.6.4 Such capital improvement program after <br /> its adoption by Town Meeting action <br /> shall permit the expenditure on projects <br /> included therein of, sums from departmental j <br /> budgets for surveys, engineering advice , ! I <br /> options or appraisals which may be expended <br /> for projects listed thereon but no such <br /> expenditure shall be incurred on projects <br /> which have not been so approved by Town <br /> Meeting action . Such expenditures may also <br /> be made as to projects approved by the <br /> Town through the appropriation of sums in <br /> the current of prior years and also for <br /> preliminary planning for projects to be <br /> undertaken more than three years thence . - <br /> Section 3.6.5 Copies of Annual Report shall be published <br /> and distributed along with the Finance <br /> Committee report . The Capital Program <br /> Committee shall deposit the original with <br /> the Town Clerk . <br /> Section 3.6.6 One member of said committee shall be a <br /> member of the Board of Selectmen who shall <br /> be designated annually by majority vote of <br /> the Board of Selectmen . In addition , the <br /> Board shall appoint another member of the j <br /> Capital Program Committee , who upon initial i k <br /> appointment shall serve for a term, to <br /> expire June 30 , 1984, and thereafter to <br /> serve for a three year term. Said member <br /> shall not be a town employee or member of i <br /> another town board or commission . <br /> Section 3.6.7 One member of said committee shall be a <br /> member of the Finance Committee , who <br /> i <br /> shall be designated annually by majority <br /> vote of the Finance Committee . In <br /> addition , the Finance Committee shall <br /> appoint another member of the Capital <br /> Program Committee , who upon initial <br /> appointment shall serve a term, to r <br /> expire June 30 , 1983, and thereafter to <br /> serve a three year term.
