MA". FORM 981 S ORDER FOR POLE RELOCATIONS In Board of Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee.9 Massachusetts. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY be and it is hereby granted a relocation for and permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, cables and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Company may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Company dated the 21st day of Oct. 19 59 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles onditions:Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cated upon the plan marked—N. E. T. & T. CO., No. 391 Dated Oct. 212 1959 —filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables, and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— MASHPEE NECK ROAD, from Quinaquissett Avenue southerly ONE (1) Pole (ONE pole to be removed) Also that permission be and hereby is granted said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELE- GRAPH COMPANY to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersect- ing public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for distributing purposes.
