FORM MS <br />r , <br />To the <br />PETITION FOR POLE RELOCATIONS <br />NewBedford, <br />'Bo2xd-of Selectmen <br />Town <br />Mass., Oct. 21, 1959 <br />of Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY represents that it desires to re- <br />locate a line of wires, cables, poles and fixtures, including the necessary susta * ing and protecting fixtures <br />along and across the following public way or ways:— <br />MASHPEE NECK ROAD, from Quinaquissett Avenue southerly ONE (1) Pole <br />(ONE pole to be removed) <br />Wherefore it asks that it be granted a relocation for and permission to erect and maintain a line of wires, <br />cables and poles, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as it may find necessary, said poles <br />to be erected substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked—N. E. T. & T. Co., No. <br />391 Dated Oct. 21, 1959 <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersect- <br />ing public ways for the purpose of malang connections with such poles and buildings as it may desire for <br />distributing purposes. <br />Your petitioner agrees to reserve space for one crossarm at a suitable point on each of said poles for the <br />fire, police, telephone and telegraph signal wires belonging to the municipality and used by it exclusively for <br />mnaicipat purposes. <br />NEW ENGLAND TELE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />By <br />4g of Way :igeenX <br />
