0 IV QRDER FOR JOINT LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES In Board of SelectmeeA of the. Town of Nashpee Massachusetts. ORDEREb: ) That the CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY and NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality, be and they are hereby granted a joint location for and permission jointly to maintain poles already existing and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as any of said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the seventh day of November 19 68. All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated upon the plan marked—C. & V. E. CO., No. 6829 Dated November 1, 1968 — filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 _ wires and k cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires, cables and fixtures and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to are located, and the number of poles:— BNABIR LANE from Sandwich Road southerly—THMMEN (13) POLES Lovell Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes.
