0 <br />IV <br />QRDER FOR JOINT LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES <br />In Board of SelectmeeA of the. Town of Nashpee Massachusetts. <br />ORDEREb: ) <br />That the CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY and <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />each having locations in certain of the streets of the municipality, be and they are hereby granted a joint location <br />for and permission jointly to maintain poles already existing and their respective wires and cables to be placed <br />thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as any of said Companies may deem necessary, in <br />the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the seventh <br />day of November 19 68. <br />All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions:— <br />Poles shall be of sound timber, and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indicated <br />upon the plan marked—C. & V. E. CO., No. 6829 Dated November 1, 1968 — <br />filed with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND <br />TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 _ wires and k cables and by said CAPE & VINEYARD <br />ELECTRIC COMPANY not to exceed necessary wires, cables and fixtures <br />and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground <br />at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet from the ground elsewhere. <br />The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to are located, and <br />the number of poles:— <br />BNABIR <br />LANE from Sandwich Road southerly—THMMEN (13) POLES <br />Lovell <br />Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain underground <br />laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with <br />such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. <br />I hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town <br />oL............................_XashpeB....................................................................Massachusetts, held on the.......................................................day <br />of...h.n�._4_n_b_....�.L...._...................1968 .. <br />�.�.................................................................. <br />Clerk of Selectmen. <br />I hereby certify that the <br />of the Town of ......... _............ .......... <br />CERTIFICATE <br />is a true copy of a joint location order adopted by the Board of Selectmen <br />BE.........../J...........:......................._.........._._..._..._................._.
