PETITION FOR JOINT LOCATIONS—EXISTING POLES <br />Hyannis, Mass., November % 1968 <br />To the Board of Selectmen <br />of Mashpee Massachusetts. <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY and <br />NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY <br />each having locations in certain streets of the municipality, represent that <br />CAPE & V=YARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />has heretofore been granted locations for and erected in said locations poles, with wires, cables and fixtures <br />thereto attached, along and across the following public way or ways: <br />Lovell <br />1 LANE, from Sandwich Road southerly THIRTEEN (13) POLES <br />and that it is desirable that said poles be used for the attachment of the wires, cables and fixtures of your <br />petitioners. . <br />Wherefore they ask that they be granted joint or identical locations for said existing poles, with the right <br />to maintain wires, cables and fixtures thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as they may <br />find necessary, said poles to be maintained substantially in accordance with the plan filed herewith marked— <br />C. & V. E. CO., No. 6829 Dated November 1, 1968 <br />Also for permission to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting <br />public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as each of said petitioners may <br />desire for distributing purposes. <br />Your petitioners agree to reserve space for one crossarm at a suitable point on each of said poles for the <br />fire, police, telephone and telegraph signal wires belonging to the municipality and used by it exclusively for <br />municipal purposes. <br />CAPE & VINEYARD ELECTRIC COMPANY <br />COMPANY <br />Form CA -78 cv Right of Way agent <br />
