MA6 .®ORM O]0 ORDER FOR JOINT POLE RELOCATION rowv li-145 947280 IN BOARD OF SELECTMEN OF THE TOWN OF MASHPEE MASSACHUSETTS. ORDERED: That the NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY and COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY be and they are hereby granted a joint relocation for and permission to erect and maintain poles and their respective wires and cables to be placed thereon, together with such sustaining and protecting fixtures as said Companies may deem necessary, in the public way or ways hereinafter referred to, as requested in petition of said Companies dated the 18th day of JUNE 19 87 All construction under this order shall be in accordance with the following conditions Poles shall be of sound timber,and reasonably straight, and shall be set substantially at the points indi- cat-d upon the plan marked—N. E. T. c& T. CO., No. 87-27 Dated 6-18-87 —died with said petition. There may be attached to said poles by said NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wins and 4 cables and by said COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY NOT TOEXCEEDNECESSARY WIRES,CABLES,FIXTURES and all of said wires and cables shall be placed at a height of not less than 18 feet from the ground at highway crossings, and not less than 16 feet elsewhere. The following are the public ways or parts of ways along which the poles above referred to may be erected, and the number of poles which may be erected thereon under this order:— STATE ROUTE 28 PROPOSED ONE (1) POLE WESTERLY OF MASHPEE ROTARY ONE (1) POLE TO BE REMOVED Also that permission be and hereby is granted to each of said Companies to lay and maintain under. gruund laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making con- nections with such poles and buildings as each may desire for distributing purposes. 1 hereby certify that the foregoing order was adopted at a meeting of the Board of Selectmen of the Town cf............._.........................MASFiPi>.....:............................................ ..
