E. T. & T. Co., No. 87-22 Dated 6-10-87 <br /> filed with aid petition- There may be attached to said poles by acid NEW ENGLAND TELEPHONE. <br /> AND TELEGRAPH COMPANY not to exceed 40 wires and 4 cables. <br /> and by aid COMMONWEALTH ELECTRIC COMPANY.
