The Final Site Development Plan (s) shall be approved C <br /> by the Planning Board if in general conformity to <br /> the easter Site Development Plan, patterns and uses <br /> as theretofore approved by the Board of Appeals and I ! <br /> if in conformity to the applicable rules and reguFt <br /> - <br /> lations of the Planning Board. <br /> C. Each Final Site Development Plan shall show by metes 4 ' <br /> and bounds the entire perimeter of the section of k, <br /> the PRC then proposed to be developed, and all <br /> � r <br /> buildings, to be erected in said section of the PRC, <br /> together with the types of buildings to be erected + k <br /> therein with an identification key. ; <br /> 9. 586 Where the. developer proposes to develop a PRC � t <br /> Pursuant to a subdivision as to which approval of the <br /> Planning Board is required under the Subdivision Control <br /> Law, the developer shall comply with Section 9. 32 of this . <br /> By-Law in lieu of Section 9. 585. <br /> � s <br /> 9. 587 Approval of the Board of Appeals for use of land w <br /> as a Planned Retirement Community under this Section 9.5 <br /> shall become void if the developer has not applied for k. <br /> a building permit with respect to a section of the land <br /> shown on the Master Site Development Plan within three1 <br /> (3) years from the date of such approval..
