The developer may develop the site in sections , and <br /> at or after submission to the Board of Appeals for <br /> approval of the Master Site Development plan, the <br /> developer shall submit to the planning Board for <br /> approval Final Site Development Plan (s) for the 4F ' <br /> section (s) which it intends to develop. In con- <br /> nection with each Final Site Development Plan, y <br /> there shall be submitted to and approved by the , <br /> Planning Board the plans and information required k <br /> by Section 9. 3824. <br /> Certificate (s) of occupancy <br /> may be withheld until the construction as required <br /> in each section under Section 9, 3824 and other marts <br /> of Section 9. 5, where said Sections are applicable, <br /> has been completed or provided for. <br /> B. The Final Site Development Plan (s) shall be approved � <br /> by the Planning Board if in general conformity to <br /> the Piaster Site Development Plan, patterns and uses. I ' ` <br /> as theretofore approved by the Board of Appeals and <br /> if in conformity to the applicable rules and regu- <br /> lations of the Planning Board. <br /> C.
