/ .59 Deleted 9.591 Deleted 9.592 Deleted 9.593 Deleted 9.6 DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE - A Design %review Committee shall be established to advise the Planning Board and Board of Zoning Appeals on matters of architectural and design concern in the review of applications for special permits in the R-4, R-3T , C-2, I-1, C-1, C- J--,'V lncen-tive; , and C-1-o Incentive 2"oning Districts . Architectural and design concern shall include but not be limited to: site . l.anning , building pl-acement, building size , design compatibility, exterior appearance , construction materials and finishes, parking and roadways , landscaping and site grading, building entrance and exit placement and signs . The Design Review Committee will sit with the Planning Board and Board of Zoning Appeals in any public meetings dealing with development proposals in the R-4, R-31M, C-2, w-1, C-1, C-1--SV Incentive, and C-1-o Incentive Zoning Districts . The Design Review Committee may call special meetings of its own to review applications . Findings of the Design Review Committee shall be advisory to the Planning Board and Board of Zoning; Appeals . Full power for granting or denial of applications for special permits shall remain with these Beards . Membership ff the Design .Review Committee shall consist of four persons . .one each from the Planning Board and Board of Zoning Appeals and two members to be appointed by the Board of Selectmen. The .Planning Board member shall be appointed by the Planning Board Chairman, and the Board of Zoning Appeals member shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Board of Zoning Appeals . One of the -two members appointed by the Board of Selectmen shall be an architect, landscape architect, or civil engir_eer.
