Architectural and design concerti shall include but <br /> not be limited to: -site, planning, building placement, building <br /> size, design. compatibility, exterior appearance , construction <br /> i materials and finishes, parking and roadways , landscaping and <br /> site grading, building; en1-1rance and exit placement and signs . <br /> f The Design Review Committee will sit with the Planning .Board <br /> and Board of Zoning Appeals in any public meetings dealing with <br /> development proposals in the R--40 R-3Mv C-2, I-1, C-l., C-1 -Sv <br /> Incentive, and C-1-o Incentive Zoning Districts . The Desilgn <br /> Review Committee may call special meetings of its own to review <br /> i applications . Findings of the Design Review Committee shall <br /> be advisory to the Planning Board and Board of Zoning Appeals . <br /> Full power for granting or denial of applications for special <br /> i permits shall remain with these Boards . <br /> Membership cif the Design .Review Committee shall consist of <br /> four persons . .one each from the Planning Board and. The Planning Board member shall be appointed <br /> by the Planning Board Chairman, and the Board of Zoning Appeals <br /> member shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Board of <br /> Zoning Appeals .
