Initially, the <br /> appointment shall consist of two members <br /> for one year , two members for two Years, <br /> and three members for three Years, so as to <br /> provide +or staggered terms of office . ii <br /> Section 2. 17.2 Organization <br /> The Committe shall reorganize annually at <br /> its -first meeting fol loviing the final day <br /> of June , by election of a chairman , <br /> vice-chairman and secretary. <br /> Section 2. 17.3 Duties <br /> The Committee shall conduct a public <br /> hearing on any <br /> Y application request for a <br /> cablevision system, in any future or <br /> proposed development , by any individual or <br /> corporation , and shall make recommendations <br /> to the Board of Selectmen . <br /> Section 2, 17. 4 Advisor <br /> The Board of -ESelectmer, ma-v a.ppc:,jrjt a <br /> non-voting advisor t-,,iho has expertise in the <br /> field of telecommunications to assist the <br /> Committee .
