I <br /> I <br /> 1 <br /> registration number issued. <br /> i <br /> Section 4.5.9 Deleted by Annual Town Meeting May 3, 1982 <br /> and approved by Attorney General September <br /> 7, 1982 <br /> Section 4.5. 10 Camping. No person shall set up , camp <br /> in , or otherwise occupy a tent , automobile <br /> or trailer as defined in Section 4.2.3 of <br /> these By-Laws anywhere within the limits of <br /> the Town of Mashpee between the hours of <br /> 9:00 p .m. and 6:00 a.m. , except to the <br /> extent that such is allowed by Section <br /> 4.2.4 of the By-Laws. Any person <br /> violating the provisions of this By-Law <br /> shall be punished by a fine not to exceed <br /> $300 for each offense . <br /> 4 <br /> Section 4.5. 11 Hawkers. Peddlers and Transient Vendors <br /> i <br /> a. For the purpose of this by-law the <br /> definition of hawkers, peddlers and <br /> transient vendors shall be the same as <br /> those contained in Sections 1 and 13 <br /> of Chapter 101 of M.G.L. <br /> B. No person shall hawk , peddle or expose <br /> for sale or barter any foods, wares, <br /> periodicals or merchandise from any wagon <br /> or vehicle or door-to-door without first <br /> obtaining a license from the Director of <br /> Standards in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Chapter 101 of M.G.L. and from the Chief <br /> of Police in accordance with this by-law. <br /> I� The fee for such licenses shall be in <br /> conformance with Chapter 101 , Section 22, <br /> M.G.L. <br /> C. No hawker or peddler shall expose for <br /> sale any foods, beverages, fruits, <br /> vegetables, fish , meats, dairy products, <br />'l ice cream, frozen desserts or confections <br /> unt i 1 the vehicle or receptacle has been <br /> inspected and approved by the Board of <br /> Health Agent . Vehicles utilized for the <br /> selling of frozen desserts or confections <br /> must have installed an amber flashing light <br /> visible from the front and rear of the <br /> vehicle and such light must be flashing <br /> j when vehicle is stopped for the purpose of <br /> selling. <br /> D. Any person licensed under this by-law <br /> shall display the license by affixing it in <br /> I <br /> -58- <br />
