i <br /> i <br /> for any vehicle owned and operated by a <br /> disabled veteran or handicapped person <br /> whose vehicle bears the distinguishing <br /> license plate authorized by Section Two <br /> of Chapter Ninety according to the <br /> formula provided in Chapter 40 , Section <br /> 21 , Sub-section 23a for all parking <br /> facilities in excess of fifteen spaces. <br /> b. No person shall leave any unauthorized <br /> vehicle unattended within parking <br /> spaces designated for use by disabled <br /> veterans or handicapped persons as <br /> required by this by-law or in such a <br /> manner as to obstruct a curb, ramp or <br /> any other access designed as a means of <br /> egress to a street or public way as <br /> provided for in Chapter 40 , Section 21 , <br /> Sub-section 24. The Police Department <br /> will be charged with the enforcement of <br /> said violations.
