Article 4.8 Use , Care-L Regulation and Control of <br /> Public Beaches <br /> . Section 4.8. 1 Fires. Setting or maintaining fires on <br /> all beaches is prohibited, except on <br /> approval of the Board of Selectmen and $ <br /> by special written permit therefor issued <br /> by the Mashpee Fire Department . <br /> Section 4.8.2 Alcoholic Beverages The use of <br /> alcoholic beverages, including the j <br /> bringing of alcoholic beverages on any of <br /> 4 <br /> the public beaches, is absolutely <br /> prohibited. <br /> Section 4.8.3 Baseball or Softball . The playing of <br /> baseball or softball on said public <br /> beaches is prohibited. <br /> Section 4.8.4 Dogs. No dogs shall be brought upon <br /> any of said public beaches nor <br /> permitted thereon . <br /> Section 4.8.5 Hours Open to Pubic The Board of � <br /> Selectmen may regulate the hours that <br /> said public beaches are open to the <br /> public . <br /> (Amended at Special Town Meeting <br /> November 9. 1981 , Approved by Attorney <br /> General February 16, 1982) <br /> Section 4.8.6 Littering. Leaving litter , trash , <br /> rubbish , discarded lunch containers, <br /> or similar articles, upon the public <br /> beaches is strictly prohibited. <br /> Section 4.8.7 Penalties.
