Sect ion 4. 14. 1 Duties of Dog Owner or Keeper a r= 1 . l•.Jho Must License The owner or keeper is responsible for obtaining the license for each dog three months old or e older in his Possession . He must also cause the dog to wear a collar or harness to which the dog tag has been attached. 2. Licensing Period The licensing period runs from January 1-=.t through December 31st .
