Section 2 . 9. 3 Posting of Bond The Conservation <br /> Commission may require the posting of a <br /> bond, with surety , running to the <br /> municipality, and sufficient as to form <br /> and surety in the opinion of the <br /> Commission's Counsel , to secure <br /> fa i thfu l and sat i sfac tory performance of <br /> work required by any final "Order of <br /> Conditions, " in such sum and upon such <br /> conditions as the Commission may ! <br /> require . Other evidence of financial <br /> responsibility which is satisfactory to <br /> the Commission may be accepted in lieu <br /> of bonding. Notwithstanding the above , <br /> the amount of such bond shall not <br /> exceed the estimated cost of the work <br /> required or the restoration of affected <br /> lands and property if the work is not <br /> performed as required, whichever is the <br /> .greater . Forfeiture of any such bond <br /> shall be recoverable at the suit of the <br /> municipality in the Superior Court . <br /> Article 2. 10 Personnel Board <br /> Section 2. 10 . 1 There shall be a Personnel Board under the <br /> provisions of the Massachusetts General <br /> Laws., Chapter 41 , Section 108C consisting <br /> of the Board of Selectmen and/'or such other <br /> registered voters as the Board of Selectmen <br /> may from time to time designate . (Amended <br /> at Annual Town Meeting May 3, 1982 and <br /> approved by Attorney General September 7, <br /> 1982) . <br /> Section 2 . 10 <br /> . 2 Duties. The Personnel Board shall have <br /> the additional duties and functions of a <br /> Personnel Review Board, pursuant to <br /> General Laws , Chapter 409 Section 218, to <br /> adjust grievances of Town employees other h <br /> than those appointed by the School <br /> Committee . <br /> Section 2. 10 . 3 Personnel Administration Plan . A <br /> Personnel classification and <br /> administration plan shall be established <br /> under which the Personnel Board shall <br /> promulgate , and may from time to time amend, <br /> rules and regulations, after notice and ; <br /> hearing thereon , subject to the approval <br /> of the Board of Selectmen , and not <br /> contrary to any law: <br /> -15- <br />
