The Selectmen shall appoint <br /> a. Histroical Commission under Chapter 40 , <br /> Section 8D, of the General Laws to <br /> consist of not less than five members. They <br /> shall serve for a. three-year term. New <br /> members shall be appointed each year by the <br /> Selectmen to replace those members. tkihose <br /> term has expired. <br /> Section 2. 12.2 Duties. The function of the commission is <br /> to preserve , restore , and maintain the <br /> historic features of the Town of Mashpee , <br /> and to perform any other functions provided <br /> by law by such bodies. <br /> Article 2. 13 General Provisions <br /> Section 2 .
