" <br /> Section 4. 5.3.5 " In the event that any part of this by-law <br /> is found to be inconsistent with any other <br /> provisions contained in other sections of <br /> the Town by-laws, it is intended that this <br /> particular by-law shall take precedence <br /> and control <br /> In the event that any part of this by-law <br /> is declared void for any reason , by any <br /> court of competent .jurisdiction , the <br /> remainder thereof shall continue in full <br /> force and effect .
