Section 4 .5. 7 Deleted at Annual Town Meeting May 3, 1982 <br /> and aPProk.'ed by Attorney General September <br /> 7, 1982. <br /> section 4.5.8 Bicycle Registration No resident shall <br /> operate a bicycle within the limits of the <br /> Town of Mashpee unless such bicycle is <br /> registered in the town and unless the <br /> registration plate issued therefor is <br /> attached to the rear of such bicycle . The <br /> Police Department shall register all <br /> bicycles owned by persons residing within <br /> the town , issue certificates of <br /> registration , and record of the name , r^, <br /> address, age of the owner , make and the <br /> serial number of the bicycle and <br /> registration align nu <br /> mb <br /> er issued. <br /> Stied. <br /> Section 4. 5.9 Deleted by Annual Town Meeting May 31 1982 <br /> and approved by Attorney General September <br /> 7, 1982 <br /> Section 4.5. 10 CamPina. No person shall set up , camp <br /> in , or otherwise occupy a tent , automobile <br /> or <br /> trailer <br /> as <br /> defined <br /> in Section ion 4.2.3 of <br /> these By-Laws anywhere within the limits of <br /> the Town of Mashpee between the hours of <br /> 9:00 P .M. and 6:00 a .m. , except to the <br /> extent that such is allowed by Section <br /> 4.2. 4 of the By-Laws. Any person <br /> violating the provisions of this By-Law <br /> shall be punished by a fine not to exceed <br /> $300 for each offense . <br /> Section 4.5. 11 Hawkers Peddlers and Transient Vendors <br /> a. For the purpose of this by-law the <br /> definition of hawkers, peddlers and <br /> transient vendors shall be the same as <br /> those contained in Sections 1 and 13 <br /> of Chapter 101 of M.G.L. <br /> B. No person shall hawk, peddle or expose <br /> for sale or barter any foods, wares, <br /> periodicals or merchandise from any wagon <br /> or vehicle or door-to-door to door without first - <br /> obtaining a license from the Director of <br /> Standards in accordance with the provisions <br /> of Chapter 101 of M.G.L. and from the Chief <br /> of Police in accordance with this by-law. <br /> The fee for such licenses shall be in <br /> conformance with Chapter 101 , Section 22, <br /> M.G.L . <br /> t <br /> -37- <br />
