Section 4 . 6 .2 Smoke or Heat Detectors . Hotels, boarding or lodging houses, family hotels or apartment houses containing six or more dwelling units which are not regulated by Section 26A and 26e of Chapter 148 of the General Lat&is shall be equipped with an automatic smoke or heat detector in each dixiel 1 i ng un i t and each hallway floor . The s head of the fire department , as defined in Section 1 of Chapter 148, shall enforce the provisions of this section . The Town hereby -accepts the provisions of Chapter 148, Section 26C, of the General Laws. Section 4.6. 3 Fences Around Outdoor Swimming Pools. All private outdoor swimming pools shall be fenced around the entire perimeter of the Pool to a height not less than five feet from grade , except for any fence in existence on the effective date of this by- lav) which may have a height of not less than four feet . The cost of such removal and of the storage charges, if any, resulting therefrom shall be imposed upon the owner of such vehicle , but in no event shall such liability exceed $200 .00 .
