I <br /> i <br /> I <br /> Article 2.5 Board of Health <br /> Section 2.5. 1 Membership . The voters of the Town shall <br /> choose by ballot , beginning with the <br /> annual election in March of 1960 , three <br /> members to constitute a Board of Health <br /> under the provisions of General Laws, <br /> Chapter 41 , Section 1 ; provided that at the <br /> 1960 election , members of the Board of <br /> Health shall be elected, one for a term of <br /> three years, one for a term of two years, <br /> and one for a term of one year ; subsequent <br /> annual elections to choose one member for a <br /> term of three years. <br /> 1 l Section 2.5.2 Chairman . The Board of Health shall <br /> annually in May elect one of its members <br /> as Chairman of the Board. <br /> Section 2.5.3 Clerk or Secretary. The Board shall <br /> appoint one of its members as Clerk <br /> or Secretary of the Board, who shall keep <br /> an accurate record of the meetings, votes, <br /> orders and doings of the Board. <br /> I <br /> Section 2.5.4 Accommodations. The Selectmen shall <br /> provide a suitable space for the Board of <br /> Health in the Town Office Building; and <br /> all books, records and documents pertaining <br /> to the doings of the Board, properly <br /> indexed, shall be kept on file in said <br /> space for convenient inspection by the <br /> Town Gff I C 1 al s and the Board' s successors <br /> in office . <br /> Section 2.5.5 Health Agent .
