The Selectmen shall <br /> appoint a Director of Public Works for <br /> a term not to exceed three years. <br /> Secti-on 2. 11 .2 Powers and Duties. The Director of <br /> Public Works shall under the direction <br /> of the Board of Selectmen , have full <br /> charge of all public ways, sidewalks, <br /> storm drains and maintenance of all <br /> town buildings and grounds, except <br /> those lands under control of the <br /> Conservation Commission . <br /> I <br /> Section 2. 11 .3 Authority.
