14.6 Any person found guilty by a Court of violating any of <br /> the provisions of this by-law shall be punished by a <br /> fine of not more than $100 . 00 per violation . Each <br /> day that any violation continues after the issuance of <br /> a notice of violation and demand for abatement shall <br /> constitute a separate offense . <br /> 14.7 In addition to any other remedy or punishment provided <br /> for in this by- law , any type of permit or variance may <br /> be revoked by the body which originally approved it , if <br /> the same is not inconsistent with any provision of the <br /> General Laws , upon a determination and finding that any <br /> of the provisions of this by- law or any condition of <br /> approval has been violated . Hearing procedures for <br /> revocation shall be as - prescribed for issuance of the <br /> permit or variance , including any written or published <br /> notice before a hearing . <br /> Richard S.
