4 <br /> SECTION 3 : 4r <br /> ESTABLISHMENT OF ZONING DISTRICTS <br /> 3. 1 The Town of Mashpee is hereby divided into zoning <br /> districts designated as follows : <br /> Residence Districts <br /> R-3 R-4 <br /> R-3M R-5fs <br /> Commercial Districts � <br /> C- 1 C- 1 -SV Incentive Zone <br /> C-2 <br /> Industrial Districts <br /> I-1 his <br /> i <br /> Flood Plain Districts ,' <br /> F <br /> Mashpee River and Quashnet River Protective Districts <br /> 3 .2 Except for Flood Plain and Mashpee River and Quashnet <br /> River Protective Districts , the location and <br /> boundaries of these districts are hereby established IMV_ <br /> 6 <br /> as shown on a map entitled "Zoning Map of the Town .of <br /> Mashpee , " dated (June 27 , 1983 , ) bearing the signatures ` <br /> of the members of the Planning Board an,d on file in <br /> the office of the Town Clerk , which map , with all . L <br /> explanatory matter thereon is declared to be a part of <br /> this By- Law . <br /> 3.3 Any changes or amendments shall be indicated by the <br /> alteration of such map , and the map thus altered is <br /> declared to be a part of the By-Laws thus amended . <br /> 3 .4 Where a district boundary is indicated as within or <br /> parallel to a street , highway , railroad right-of-way , 4 <br /> water course or town municipal boundary such district <br /> boundary shall be construed as the centerline or being <br /> parallel to the centerline of such street , highway , <br /> railroad right-of-way , water course or town municipal <br /> boundary . <br /> 3.5 Whenever any uncertainty exists as to the exact4, ! <br /> location of a boundary line , the location of such' <br /> 4 <br /> line shall be determined from the scale of the map <br /> by the building inspector . <br /> 3 - 1 <br />
