I ' <br /> 4 <br /> 4 .7 Construction or operations under a building permit <br /> or special permit shall conform to any subsequent <br /> amendment of the Zoning By-Law unless the use or <br /> construction is commenced within a period of not <br /> more than six months after the issuance of the <br /> permit and in cases involving construction , unless <br /> such construction is continued through to <br /> completion as continuously and expeditiously as it <br /> is reasonable. <br /> 4.8 In the C- 1 -SV Incentive Zoning District and C-1 -0 t; <br /> Incentive Zoning District , lot owners shall have the 4 . <br /> option to elect , accept and adopt and therefore have <br /> a right to either all uses and benefits available . <br /> to all lot owners in the underlying C-1 Commercial <br /> District as designated in the "Table of Use <br /> Regulations of the Zoning By-Laws " , or in the <br /> alternative to elect , accept and adopt the uses <br /> and benefits available to lot owners in the newly <br /> created C-1 -SV or C- 1 -0 Incentive Zoning District <br /> designated in said "Table of Use Regulations .
