Drainage shall be to <br /> retention ponds , "M. D.C. - type" drains and <br /> similar facilities which allow for evaporation <br /> of hydrocarbons and related pollutants before <br /> percolation into the soil . Application of <br /> nitrogen and other fertilizers , as well as <br /> road salt , shall be minimized to reduce <br /> impacts on ground water quality .
