Thence westerly to the centerline of Santuit Pond Road ; <br /> Thence northerly and westerly along the centerline of <br /> Santuit Pond Road to the centerline of Wakeby Road to the <br /> Mashpee/Sandwich Town Line ; <br /> Thence westerly along the southern sideline of the <br /> Mashpee/Sandwich Town Line to the northwest bound of Plot <br /> 5 as shown on Assessors ' Sheet 16 and the point of origin . <br /> 4.4 .6 All land boundaries , lot lines , property lines and roads <br /> referenced in sections 116 . 4 .4 . 1 to 4 .4 . 6 have been taken <br /> from the Mashpee Assessors ' Maps known as the " 1985 <br /> Mashpee Map Volume" unless otherwise indicated . <br /> 5 . PERMITTED USES <br /> 5 . 1 Within the Groundwater Protection District , the <br /> following uses are permitted subject to the <br /> provisions of Section 6 , provided that all <br /> necessary permits , orders and approvals required <br /> by local , state and federal law are also obtained ; <br /> ( a ) conservation of soil , water , plants and <br /> wildlife ; <br /> ( b ) outdoor recreation , not involving the use of <br /> motor vehicles or motor boats , including <br /> .boating , fishing , nature study and hunting <br /> where otherwise legally permitted ; <br /> ( c ) foot , bicycle and horse paths and bridges ; <br /> (d ) maintenance and repair of any existing <br /> structure , provided there is no increase in. <br /> impervious pavement ; <br /> (e ) normal operation and maintenance of existing <br /> water bodies and dams , splash boards , and <br /> other water control , supply and conservation <br /> devices ; <br /> ( f ) residential development , permitted in the <br /> underlying district , provided that no more <br /> than 15 percent of a building lot , or 2000 <br /> sq . ft . , whichever is greater , may be <br /> rendered impervious by buildings or pavement ; <br /> (g ) farming , gardening , nursery , conservation , <br /> forestry , harvesting, and grazing uses , <br /> provided that fertilizers , herbicides , <br /> pesticides , manure and other leachable <br /> materials are not stored outdoors ; <br /> 11 - 14 <br />
