( h ) industrial development not involving the use <br /> and/or storage of hazardous materials as <br /> defined in Chap . 21C Mass . General Laws , <br /> commercial and office development permitted <br /> in the underlying district , provided that no <br /> more than thirty percent of a building lot <br /> may be rendered impervious by buildings or <br /> pavement . <br /> 6 . PROHIBITED USES <br /> 6 . 1 Within the Groundwater Protection District , the <br /> following uses are prohibited : <br /> ( a ) storage of liquid petroleum products of any <br /> kind in excess of fifteen gallons except for <br /> storage in a free standing container within a <br /> building or fuel for the heating of that <br /> building ; <br /> (b ) disposal of hazardous materials ; <br /> (c ) storage of hazardous wastes , as defined in <br /> Mass . Gen . Laws Chap . 21C , as amended ; <br /> (d ) disposal of solid wastes other than brush or <br /> stumps ; <br /> . (e ) or from sewage treatment plants which are <br /> designed to discharge domestic waste effluent <br /> meeting D. E. Q. E. drinking water standards at <br /> the point of discharge ; <br /> ( f ) storage of road salt or other deicing <br /> chemicals ; <br /> (g ) disposal of snow that contains deicing <br /> chemicals and that has been brought in from <br /> outside the District ; <br /> ( h ) industrial uses that discharge process <br /> wastewater on site ; <br /> ( i ) outdoor storage of ferti-liters , herbicides <br /> and pesticides , and outdoor uncovered storage <br /> of manure ; <br /> (J ) animal feedlots ; <br /> i <br /> ( k ) dry cleaning establishments ; <br /> ( 1 ) boat and motor vehicle service , washing and <br /> repair establishments ; <br /> 11 - 15 <br />
