Umina, Quashnet Valley Country Club (Con't.) <br />Therefore the Appeals Board grants to John R. Umina A Special Permit for the <br />construction of Quashnet Valley Country Club with and including the following <br />conditions: <br />1. All plans shall be submitted to the Conservation Commission, <br />Town of ?4ashpee. <br />2. All subdivision plans shall be submitted to the Plannding Board <br />as required under Section 9.38 Mashpee Zoning By -Law. <br />3. The project shall be phased'ober a five year period as follows: <br />Multi -Family Single Family <br />Year 1 143 Unitd Optional but no more <br />than 36 per year <br />4. <br />5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />9. <br />Year 2 143 Units " <br />Year 3 143 Units " <br />Year 4 143 Units " <br />Year 5 143 Units " <br />The Golf Course and Club House shall be constructed during <br />Phase 1.
