The <br />property is located on -Echo Road, off Route 130. <br />The locus is Three Hundred (300') feet in depth and <br />Four Hundred (4001) feet wide. The required minimum <br />Front Yard Depth (setback) iw One Hundred Fifty <br />(150') feat, and the minimum,Rear Yard Depth is + <br />Fifty (50') feet.
