TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />Board of Appeals <br />October 23, 1974 <br />SUBJECT: BOARD OF APPEALS hearing on application of Whitehall <br />Co., Ltd., for a special permit to operate a whole- <br />sale liquor Storage Warehouse. <br />DATE OF HEARING: October 23, 1974 - 8:00 p.m. <br />BOARD MEMBERS: Clara L. Keliinui, Chmn., John M. Boyle, <br />Randolph G. Peters <br />FACTS: Petitioner has applied for a special permit to operate <br />a wholesale liquor storage warehouse on Lot #5, Echo <br />Road, off Route 130, Mashpee. The locus is in an <br />Industrially zoned district (an I district). Under the <br />By -Laws of the Town of Mashpee, a special permit is <br />required to construct and operate a wholesale storage <br />warehouse in an Industrially zoned district. <br />DECISION: The Board of Appeals has unanimously voted to grant <br />the petitioner a special permit to construct and <br />operate a wholesale liquor storage warehouse. The <br />decision to grant this special permit is based upon <br />the unanimous opinion of the Board members that it would <br />be in harmony with the general purpose and intent of <br />the Zoning By -Laws (Section 6.3 of the Town of <br />Mashpee Zoning By -Laws) and in the best interests of <br />the Town of Mashpee. <br />VOTE: UNANIMOUS / V C ; O <br />cl.�G�. <br />Clara L.
