Boyle, <br />Randolph Peters <br />FACTS: Petitioner has applied for a special permit to operate <br />a wholesale liquor storage wylarehouse on Lot #5, Echo <br />Road, off. Route 130, Mashpee. The locus is in an <br />Industrially zoned district (an I district). Under the <br />By -Laws of the Town of Mashpee, a special permit is <br />required to construct and operate a wholesale storage <br />warehouse in an Industrially zoned district. <br />DECISION: The Board of. Appeals has unanimously voted to grant <br />the petitioner a special permit to construct and operate <br />a wholesale liquor storage warehouse.
