Hicks <br />FACTS <br />Petition file�1;—y applicant requesting Appeals Board to allow <br />extension of Otis Trailer Village on 20 acres more or less located <br />between northerly end of John's Pond and the southwesterly side of <br />Moody Pond. The additional land was purchased on 2 Sept 1971. <br />DECISION <br />Applicant's attention is invited to Section 6, Land Use <br />Regulations, Section 6.3 A9. A variance to extend existing <br />Trailer Park cannot be granted to applicant by this Board inasmuch <br />as the zoning by-laws of the Town of Mashpee specifically exclude <br />new trailer or mobile home parks and present trailer parks are of <br />a nonconforming nature. The Town of Mashpee has regulated trailer <br />parks not to exceed those units presently authorized.
