Appeal of Quacer Run Trust continued: <br />3. A buffer zone of 50 feet from side lines and <br />rear line shall be left in its natural state. <br />No buildings, paving, or organized recreational <br />facilities shall be allowed within these areas. <br />4. All sewage system plans shall be submitted to <br />the Mashpee Board of Health. <br />5. Proper lighting of the main road through the <br />development shall have the approval of the <br />Planning Board. <br />6. All the proposed amenities shall be complete <br />before the sale of the first unit. <br />7. That phasing of multi family units will be over <br />a two year period. <br />8. Architectural renderings showing floor plans <br />and elevations shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Board for their records. <br />9. Road profiles showing road layouts, drainage, <br />utilities, paving, and a cross section of <br />pavement and drainage structures must be sub- <br />mitted and approved by the Planning Board. <br />10. All required state permits and/or licenses <br />shall be acquired prior to construction under <br />this Special Permit. <br />11. <br />It is suggested that the Cranberry Bog be <br />placed in a Conservation <br />12.
