In <br />TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />BORAD OF APPEALS <br />May 30, 1974 <br />Decision of the Board of Appeals on the appeal and petition <br />of Norman T. Barrett, Jr., Trustee of the Quacer Run" Trust. <br />HEARING: May 8, 1974; 8:00 P.M. <br />BOARD MEMBERS: Clara Keliinui, Kevin D. O'Connell, John M. Boyle <br />PETITION: Quacer Run Trust, for a Special Permit for a plan <br />of a multi -family open space development to be• <br />know as Ashumet Ridge. <br />FACTS: The petitioner has requested a Special Permit for <br />61 attached Town Houses and•17 single family <br />dwellings on 42.56 acres of land located on the <br />northern end of Ashumet Pond Road bordered by <br />Ashumet Pond and the Mashpee Sandwich Road. <br />The land is currently zoned R-2. <br />The petitioner has met or exceeded all,,of the <br />requirements as established in Section 9 Zoning <br />By -Laws of the Town of Mashpee. <br />DECISION: The Board herewith grants to Norman F. Barrett, Jr., <br />Trustee, Quacer Run Trust a Special Permit to <br />construct 61 attached Town House units and 17 <br />single family dwellings as per plan submitted to <br />the Appeals Board on May 8, 1974, with and including <br />the following conditions:. <br />1. The permit is granted based upon the plans sub- <br />mitted May 8, 1974. Any and all changes in this <br />plan must meet with the approval of the Mashpee <br />Board of Appeals. <br />2.
