Hearing <br />of Punkhorn Bog continued: <br />4. Road profiles showing road layouts, drainage <br />utilities, paving, and a cross section of pave- <br />ment and drainage structures must be submitted and <br />approved by the Planning Board. <br />5. A buffer gone of 50 feet from side lines and rear <br />lines -shall be left in its natural state. No <br />buildings, paving, or organized recreational <br />facilities shall be allowed within these areas. <br />6. All sewage system plans shall be submitted to the <br />Mashpee Board of Health. <br />7. Proper lighting of the main road through the <br />development shall have the approval of the <br />Planning Board. <br />S. All the proposed Amenities shall be complete <br />before the sale of the first unit. <br />9. That multi -family units will be phased over a two <br />year period. <br />10.
