TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />May 30, 1974 <br />Decision of the Board of Appeals on the appeal and <br />petition of Norman F. Barrett, Jr. <br />HEARING: May 8, 1974, 7:30 P.M. <br />BOARD MEMBERS: Clara Keliinui, Kevin D. O'Connell, John M. Boyle <br />PETITION: Norman F. Barrett, Jr., for a Special Permit for <br />a plan of multi -family and single family units <br />to be known as Punkhorn Bog. <br />FACTS: The Petitioner has requested a Special Permit for <br />an open space multi -family development consisting <br />of 78 2-bedroom mulit-family units and 24 single <br />family lots on 33.1 acres of land located south of <br />Pine Tree Corner to east of Great Neck Road and <br />north of Timber Landing Road. <br />The land is currently zoned R-1. <br />The Petitioner has met or exceeded all of the re- <br />quirements as established in Section 9 Zoning By -- <br />Laws of the Town of Mashpee. <br />DECISION: The Board herewith grants to Norman F. Barrett, Jr. <br />a Special Permit to construct 78 2-bedroom multi- <br />family units and 24 single family dwellings as per <br />plans submitted to the Appeals Board on May 8, 1974, <br />with and including the following conditions: <br />1. The permit is granted based upon the plans <br />submitted May 8, 1974. Any and all changes in <br />this plan must meet with the approval of the <br />Mashpee Appeals Board. <br />2. A site plan showing the location of all roads, <br />utilities, buildings,walkways and recreation <br />areas shall be given to the Planning Board for <br />their approval. <br />3.
