HARRIS <br />Hearing: September 18, 1973; 8:00 P. M. <br />Board Members: Randolph Peters <br />Clara Keliinui <br />Kevin O'Connell <br />Petition: William A. Harris, for a special permit for a plan of <br />Condominiums. <br />Facts: The petitioner has requested a Special Permit for 102 <br />one and two bedroom condominium units on 20.3t acres <br />of land located on Great Neck Road south of the Mashpee <br />rotary. <br />The land is currently zoned R-1. <br />The petitioner has met or exceeded all of the require- <br />ments as established in Section 9 Zoning By -Laws of the <br />Town of Mashpee. <br />Decision: The Board herewith grants to William A. Harris a Special <br />Permit to construct ninety (90) one and two bedroom con- <br />dominium units with and including the following conditions: <br />1. A site plan Ehowing the location of all roads, <br />utilities, buildings, walkways and recreation <br />areas shall be given to the Planning Board for <br />their approval. <br />2. Architectural renderings showing floor plans <br />and elevations shall be submitted to the Planning <br />Board for their records. <br />RECEIVED <br />3. Road profiles showing road layouts, drainage, <br />JUN191974 utilities, paving, and a cross section of pave- <br />ment and drainage structures must be submitted <br />MASHPEE TOWN CLERK and approved by the Planning Board. <br />
