Taylor, 12 Hill St., Winchester, MA <br />FACTS: Petitioner requesting to vary lot frontage of Lot 15—B on a way <br />off Riverside Rd., Seconsett Island. Frontage requirement under <br />Section 7.4 of Zoning By —Law is 100 feet. The lot in question has <br />a frontage of 61.3 feet. The lot size totals approximately 20,862 <br />square feet. Required lot size is 12,500 square ft. <br />DECISION: In consideration of fact that the petitioner's lot frontage is <br />comparable to those in the surrounding area and that the lot contains <br />substantially more area than required, it is the decision of this <br />Board to grant a variance to petioner.
