TOWN OF MASHPEE <br />BOARD OF APPEALS <br />30 May 1973 <br />Decision of the Board of Appeals on the appeal and petition of <br />JOHN UMINA. <br />AMENDMENT <br />The following amendment shall be added to the decision of June 14, 1972 <br />concerning the construction of 121 condominium units on 24.24 acres of <br />land south of Route 28 on the corner of Quinaquisset road. <br />The Developer, Mashpee Planning Board and the Appeals Board have agreed <br />to amend the decision adding Section four to read: <br />"T he road running to it's closest point to Rt 28 shall <br />be no less than 68 feet from Route 28, and any building <br />shall be at least 110 feet from the lot line." <br />Section 5 shall read: <br />"At it's closet point to Route 28 the road shall be <br />shielded from Rt 28 by a 32 foot high earth mound. On the <br />mount shall be placed plantings and shrubs that will shiad <br />the roadway from Route 28 and therefore stop the <br />possibility of headlights from cars traveling on the develop— <br />ment�rpad from interfering with vehicular travel on Route <br />28, r1-take any further steps necessary to accomplish the <br />same. rovisions of section 5 be completed on or <br />before July 1, 1973 or the ' ding emits wi]J/6e <br />revoked:' I/ i <br />
