August 22, 1973 <br />Time: 8 PM <br />Place: Mashpee Town Hall <br />Appeals Board: Lawrence, O'Connell, Keliinui <br />FACTS <br />The petitioner requested a variance to construct a garage on his property at <br />210 Halyard Lane, New Seabury. At the time of the construction of the dwelling <br />allowance was made for the addition of the garage at a later time. In July of <br />1971 the zoning in the Town of ,•:ashpee was changed. Side line requirements in- <br />creased from 10 feet to 15 feet. "he original Frans for Mr. Wails home set the <br />garage 10 feet from the side line. The petitioner requests that he be granted a <br />variance to construct the garage 10 feet from the lot lne. <br />DtCIJIJN <br />The Board of Appeals herein grants to the petitioner a variance to construct <br />a garage no closer than 10 feet to the side line.
