It appeared to the Board that parking <br /> would not be a problem if parking spaces were provided as <br /> depicted on the plan. <br /> DECISION <br /> The Board'-,of Appeals voted unanimously to grant the <br /> Petitioner ' s request for a Special Permit to operate a retail <br /> store for the sale of antiques and collectables as the Board <br /> believes such an operation will be in harmony with the general <br /> purpose of and intent of the Zoning By-laws and upon the <br /> following conditions : <br /> 1. Petitioner shall erect and maintain concrete barriers <br /> along the lot line on the northwesterly sideline of <br /> his property that abuts the right of way adjacent to <br /> the Mashpee Fire Barn , to control the parking arrange- <br /> ments upon the premises in substantial conformity with <br /> the plan presented to the Board; <br /> 2. Petitioner shall provide parking spaces appropriately <br /> designated by white lines - to control parking arrange- <br /> ments upon the premises in substantial conformity with <br /> the plan presented to the Board; and <br />
