NOTICE OF APPEAL <br /> TO: Board of Appeals <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> Town Offices <br /> Mashpee, Mass. 02649 <br /> In accordance with the provisions of General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A, Section 15, notice is hereby given that Harry Shuman <br /> et ux, owners of lot 7 on assessors map 13; Dorothy G. Kagan, <br /> owner of lot 8 on assessors map 13; and Philip R. White et ux, <br /> owners of lot 9 on assessors map 13, appeal from the issuance by <br /> the Inspector of Buildings of the Town of Mashpee of a permit or <br /> permits to W. L. Byrne Company authorizing the. construction of <br /> structures for use in the manufacturing of bituminous concrete <br /> and the manufacturing of concrete at premises- of Herbert Lemelman, <br /> Trustee of Cape Land Trust, said premises being shown as lot 4 <br /> on assessors map 19. The premises of the appellants are situated <br /> on the northeasterly side of Route 130 andthepremises of the <br /> appellee are situated on the southwesterly side of Route 130 <br /> directly across from the premises of the•'appellants. <br /> The appellants are aggrieved by the issuance by the <br /> Inspector of Buildings of the aforementioned permit or permits <br /> and make this appeal pursuant to the provisions of General Laws <br /> Chapter 40A, Section 8. <br /> The grounds for this appeal are as follows: <br /> 1.
