PLANNING BOARD <br /> Town of Mashpee <br /> ^October lh-,, 1982 <br /> Board of Appeals <br /> Mashpee Town Hall <br /> Mashpee, MA 02649 <br /> Dear Members: <br /> Mr. Chester Soliz appeared before us on September 15, 1982 with a <br /> new engineered plan showing the addition'of 8 new units to his <br /> existing motel, La Plaza Del Sol on Route 130. <br /> We find no problem with his new plan as he has the properiamount <br /> of space and the required amount of parking shown. However we do <br /> suggest three things: <br /> 1. That .the front lawn portion not be touched. <br /> 2. That lines be painted on the parking spaces. <br /> 3. That the Board of Health be contacted regarding the <br /> septic system being large enough to handle the added <br /> units. <br /> Very truly yours, <br /> Richard L.
