Soliz of Mashpee for a Variance <br /> Case #V-83-1-033 <br /> A Petition was filed by-•Chester P. Soliz, of Mashpee, Ma. , for <br /> permission to vary the minimum rear set back requirement in order <br /> to construct additional motel rooms and baths on property located <br /> on Route 130, Mashpee, Massachusetts. <br /> Notice was duly given to abutters in accordance with Massachu- <br /> setts- General Laws, Chapter 40A. Notice was given by publication <br /> in the Town of Mashpee„ on December 21,r 1982 and December 28, 1982, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. <br /> A public hearing was held on the petition at the Mashpee Town <br /> Hall on Wednesday, January 5, 1983 at 7:30 p.m. at which time the <br /> following members of the Board of Appeals were present and acting <br /> throughout: Virginia T. Landry, Peter Muse and Peter Lawrence. <br /> Dr. Soliz made the presentation to the Board asking to vary <br /> the minimum rear setback required. <br />
